nekoweb: A host similar to Neocities, though the amount of storage you get with the free version is a bit smaller. Also has a decent community.
Neocities: The host of this site right here! Good for starting out, has a pretty big community.

Hosting (Dynamic)

Gilect: Has a lot of templates you can make your site from, including ones for wikis.
Infiniyfree: Free web hosting service. It's alright.
Vercel: A big web-hosting service, though it's free plan is decent.

Standard Ebooks: Public domain ebooks.
Free Sewing: A site with free, customizable, sewing patterns
tinytools.directory: A directory of opensource tools for various things (takes a bit to fully load, so if it doesn't look right you might want to wait a bit)
